Dear Tony: My name is Peter and I would very much like to enter your Self - Improvement contest. With many thanks to you and your machine, I am able to do that. First, a bit about myself. I was a physique competition winning many titles including Mr. America, Jr., Mr. America, Mr. Eastern America and runner up in Mr. Universe, etc. My experience with weights started at age fifteen after an automobile accident. I’m sure that you will agree why this sport became a great part of my life. Twelve years ago after an accident at work I was left with nerve damage on my right side. I wasn’t able to lift my right arm. I couldn’t walk without a cane. My whole right side was numb. Many thought I had a stroke and physical therapy didn’t work. Needless to say, I was ruined physically and mentally I was immobile and got fat. My highest weight was 368 pounds and only 5’8”. I had seen you before on TV and was impressed by your knowledge and your physique, but it wasn’t until about a year ago when I saw you on your latest piece of equipment that I really took notice. I got very excited watching all of the exercises that could be done on that machine. Besides working the whole body the inner thighs were most important to me. I purchased the machine. Well, the rest is history. I looked forward to waking up to workout again at home. Little by little movement and like started coming back. The stretching exercises (inner thighs) and whole body gave most of my feeling back. Soon I gave up my cane and the weight started to come off. I still have a ways to go but I am now 251 pounds. A loss of 117 pounds to date and I’m not done yet. I’m sure with your equipment and your expertise; I will get closer to my old self again. I tell everyone about you and how you helped me.
