By using a Tony Little Gazelle I made the following progress in my health reduction program. I lost 3 inches in 5 months and have been able to maintain that loss. I did not utilize any other exercise equipment during this period of time nor did I follow any other exercise regimen. I did maintain a healthy diet during this time frame but used no other weight loss products. I have several other exercise machines, but I really prefer using the Gazelle because it is fun to use! My over-all weight loss during the five month period was 23 pounds, and I plan to continue and hope to loose an additional 20 pounds. Regards, Allison
