Dear Tony: I have been using your Target Training tapes and they’re GREAT! It only took me 3 ½ months to loose about 36 pounds. I only used your tapes and reduced my fat intake but otherwise ate normally. I have kept the weight off now for over 3 months and now I’m working on toning up. Thanks for such a rewarding experience.
