1-16-92 Dear Tony: In our before picture, Michael weighed 263 Pounds in the after picture he weighs 218 pounds. His Waist measurements went from 42 inches to 36 inches. He is 29 years old. My weight, Kim, was 150 pounds and is down to 135 pounds in the after picture. My inches lost were wonderful. I have gone from 30 ½ inches to 26 inches. Thanks are due to your Bodycizer Tapes and both of your Target Training tapes. I eat a very low fat diet plus we have a huge treadmill. I go on it everyday for 20 minutes. By seeing our pictures, you can now see how much progress anyone can make it “They Can Do It!” Since loosing weight I feel like I look much younger than my 35 years.
