Lost 85-90 Pounds

Hi:
It’s Anne, at age 34 I had already given birth to 3 children and started to get fatter and fatter. I finally said this has got to stop. I decided to lose the fat and get back to my weight and size I was before I had my children, which was 85-90 pounds, 2 ½ years later that’s exactly where I am at.
I started with a diet plan my two body building brothers helped me with which was just eating right. Three good meals a day. Special K for breakfast 1% Low fat milk and Decaf Coffee, also some fruit with or without my cereal. Lunch pasta plain or cooked with only herbs from your kitchen cabinets, basically a low fat balanced diet, fish, chicken, turkey, rice, potatoes, veggies (steamed), pasta, fruit and lots of Seltzer water.
I still watch my fat intake after 2 years never eat junk. Ok, maybe once in a blue moon, but the key to junk is to only eat a very, very small portion. If you can’t then don’t even look at any junk food. I also started to exercise at home one has to go with the other diet and exercise or your only defeating your purpose to diet. So, I did floor exercises 7 days a week, 15 minutes a day, for the first 3 months, plus I ride my 10 speed bike everyday, twice a day. After 3 months I increased my exercises to half hour then an hour 4 days a week. Still riding my 10 speed I would ride for 1 hour to 2 hours a day 7 days a week. That went on for a 4 more months then came winter and no more bike riding for me.
Then, I increased more exercises, purchased the Tony Little tapes and went to work. Mostly the Target Training Tapes cause my butt and thighs were too big before I started any exercise that I thought there wasn’t any hope for my ass and things. I used the tapes at the beginning 4 days a week then after I saw results I went to 3 days a week and still use them to keep them there my butt and thighs that is and I have to say you make your tapes with a little humor which is good when you think like I did that theirs no hope for this big old butt and these big old thighs, you made me laugh a few times.
Well that’s how I did it. I hope you can understand, I wrote it the best way I can theirs so much to say about how it was all done but so hard to write it all down. All I know was it was hard but well worth it in the end.
My exercises consisted of diet- cook with herbs and eat smaller portions, snacks, veggies and fruits.
Dumbbells, ankle weights, crunches, leg lifts, squats, half hydrants, lunges front squats, leg curls, one legged butt lift, lying butt lift.
All these at home, then I needed more that’s where Tony Little came in to play. Gym that I went to for the last 3 months March-May. Now I still keep his tapes rolling. It’s hard to get to the gym all the time when you hold a job and have 3 children to take care of cause that’s another job in itself. I really hope this all makes sense to you cause it’s easier said than written. If you need something more let me know. I am willing to do so.
Thanks again Tony
Anne
P.S. Now I am starting to use Tony Little’s Fat free Diet plan and AB Isolator and I am sure I’ll see good results, I can bet on it.
