Thank you for your ingenious fitness equipment. I am a 54 year old grandmother. I also had a back surgery in 1989, thus causing me not to be able to do the kinds of exercise I need to do without pain.. I am so busy with taking care of children and transcribing from my home that i don't have any extra time to exercise. But with the Gazelle, I am able to watch programs with my grandchildren and exercise at the same time. This is a bonus. I still get the quality time with them as well as keeping myself fit (I have lost 20#) with exercise and proper diet. Thank You.
