I recently purchased your easy shaper but before I could use it I got admitted to the hospital for heart failure. Last may I was hospitalized and placed on a ventilator for ten days. I was in the hospital for a month before I could go home and another month before I could go back to work. I am morbidly obese and it is hard to find exercises that are appropriate for the obese but i finally got to use the easy shaper and I love it! I did the chair workout with you and I was motivated and enjoyed it so much that I found myself talking back to you as I did the workout with the dvd. I’m obviously on a low sodium and low fat diet which I have been very good with so far and i believe with enjoying the workout with the easy shaper I will be successful in attaining my weight and health goals.
