I am a 71 year old gentleman. About 9 years ago, I purchased your basic Gazelle. Prior to that, I had several other exercise machines that I just did not use. Other than a few times when I was ill, I have been working on my Gazelle 3-4 times per week for these past 9 years. My workout is quite low impact. At my age, I am not so interested in building a big, strong and muscular body, rather, I am happy just keeping up with what I have. Honestly, I am afraid NOT to use the machine. It has been great and I want to personally thank you for having this available to me, and all the other people like me. It is truly a wonderful and easy way to simply maintain. Thanks Tony.
