Tony, I have lost weight with your EasyShaper bar but need more exercises for it. I have MS and I can only sit down and exercise, my balance and coordination was slowly taken away from me when I was diagnosed with MS 16 years ago. So PLEASE PLEASE make a new DVD for the ones that cannot stand and exercise. I have gone from a size 22 down to size 16 doing the EasyShaper bar. Thank You, Nancy
