If I could I'd hug you! I am 52 yrs. old and have been doing a program called p90x for a year. Until recently, I hurt my arm and was looking for another workout that I could do to maintain and increase the great results. I found it when I bought the Gazelle Freestyle Elite. I just finished the entire video and am soaking wet and feel GREAT! I LOVE THIS THING!!!! Your inspirational in your video and, well, just can't say enough.
