Tony my son is 13 years old and is a competitive soccer player and martial artist. He fractured his foot back in December and has not been able to play or train. Once the cast was removed, we asked if he could start working out. They said low impact aerobic activity since his foot is only 60% healed. I asked about the Gazelle and they said "perfect". My son has begun to get up every morning at 4:30AM with me to work on his cardio and endurance. He is so focused on getting in shape and being ready for when he gets the ok to return.
