Dear Tony Little:
My daughter thought I should write you and give my testimony of what the Gazelle has done for me. I am 74 years old and have multiple kinds of arthritic conditions which include: active rheumatoid arthritis, fibrymalgia, Osteo and Degenerative Arthritis plus Osteoporosis.
Two medical doctors told me if I didn't go on strong medications, I would be in a wheel chair way before now. Also, two chiropractors actually gave up on me, giving me no hope and stated I would only get worse. Because of my extreme sensitivity to medicines and the side-effects; I decided to use exercise instead.
This is where the Gazelle comes in to my life. It keeps me limber and feeling young. The Gazelle is easy on my joints which is very necessary for anyone with rheumatoid conditions. I do deep breathing exercises on it, as well as some stretching including ham strings in my legs and my fingers while jogging. Everyone young or old, need the upper respiratory system active, which the Gazelle does just by using it.
My daughter and grand-daughter also have and use a Gazelle Exercise Machine. We are three generations.
Tony, I love your enthusiasm on TV and felt I needed to express mine. Elderly people need to know the health benefits. I still have a swift walk most of the time, which makes me feel young.
One main advantage by using the Gazelle daily is that it strengthens the bones and keeps joints active. I try to use it 7-10 or 15 minutes a day. Using common sense is a key factor. Also, it gives me control over my weight and blood pressure. It is fun and also keeps stress down.
In conclusion, I am so thankful for the Gazelle and for you too, Tony Little. You gave me the inspiration to get started and to sue this wonderful health benefit, the Gazelle.
Sincerely,
Jackie
P.S. My Gazelle is the Freestyle. I'll be 75 in May
