Dear Tony: I can’t tell you how honored I am to be able to write you this letter. I would like to say with your help a miracle has happened. My whole life has changed and I feel GREAT! I used to weigh more than 200 pounds. I have lost over 39” and more than 75 pounds. I find it hard to look at pictures of me before this change. I can’t believe that was me! I am sending pictures to you without regret because life is surely different for me now! I feel better and look better than I did in modeling pictures taken at age 26. Best of all, my life is better. I stopped looking at the scales at 187 pounds. I found it so hard to chase and play with my little girl; being so big, I couldn’t move. Being a hyper type person, even big you can’t sit still. I decided to do something about my weight after I jumped in a pit of foam blocks at a baby gym and needed help to get out. I said, “Enough is enough!” At first, I did the total the total body weight loss then I got the Body express to alternate. Things really started to happen. I went from an 18 to a size 7 or sometimes 6. The weight came off with not change in diet of any kind; I just started burning up more calories. Friends look at me and say, Holly Cow! How did you loose all that weight?? I always reply, Tony Little, Thank YOU! He gave me the confidence and caring. I would like to give you a big hug Tony for all you’ve done for me.
