11/14/2005 Dear Tony: I just want to thank you for being a source of inspiration, motivation and personal training instructor -- this is the second time in ten year that I have used your videos that have helped me get in shape 10 years ago I was obese and got into shape but over a period of time I gained it again due to various reasons-five months ago I was up to 135 kilos, after getting on a diet program and gym using your techniques I’ve lost 40 kilograms and I intend to keep it off this time.
