Dear Tony, I’m 37 years old and never had a weight problem until I became pregnant with my twin girls. By the time I gave birth, I had more than doubled my weight. I had reached 230 pounds. I couldn’t walk properly; I was overly tired and depressed. I struggled to shed some weight. Every few months I would ask my husband to buy fitness equipment to make me happy. Since I received it, I have been working out daily with your exceptional video and have lost 30 pounds. I went from a size 16 to a size 8-9. I used to wear extra large t-shirts and now wear a size medium. The beauty of it all this is I am STILL losing weight. I feel great and look great! It is FANTASTIC!!
