WOW!!!!

Dear Tony: WOW! Reading THERE?S ALWAYS A WAY made me feel as if you have been sitting on my shoulder the past six months. It?s like YOU KNEW! Without getting into the gory details, 2009 has proven to be less than an enriching year for me. Some of the things that have happened in my professional life made me feel like ?a little less? and ?not in control?. That was how I felt pre-Tony and THERE?S ALWAYS A WAY. But, Oh My Gosh ? I so get it now! Your experiences and ?good sense about life? advice hit home. It was like the scene in Moonstruck when Loretta (Cher) slaps Ronnie (Nicholas Cage) and tells him to ?Snap out of it!? I allowed the actions and attitudes of the ?devils? in my life to tarnish the shine I once possessed. I fell into the trap many do. I let other people and the day?s events control me (sometimes to the point of frustration and tears) instead of me being the one in control. God sends us our own personal angels. My ?angel? is our friend, Karel. Karel asked if I would like to borrow the manuscript of your new book. She said it was really good and thought I would enjoy it. After reading the first few chapters, I was certain it was her way of telling me to ?Snap out of it!? She swears not, but only those people that love you will find the most ?pain-free? way to tell you the truth. My adversities really haven?t changed much, but my way of looking at them has. Instead of standing in front of the walls feeling discouraged and defeated, I am re-examining them. I look for a way around them, over them, or heck, I may just knock one or two down! There?s Always a Way! It?s just like you told Nina, change your mindset from negative to positive, and everything will change with it. My sparkle and passion are returning. I am taking charge again. I am taking responsibility for my actions and outlook. (Yes, Tony, I am also watching out for those tiny little pests who will be crawling out of the woodwork to try and take me down.) You were ABSOLUTELY right to place Helen Keller?s quote first in your book, ?Life is either a daring adventure ? or nothing.? Continue daring to be different ? that?s what makes you the best! Regards, Stephanie PS: If you couldn?t tell, I LOVED the book! Upsell your ?Negative People Suck!? t-shirt ? I?ll take TWO!
