My Gazelle is the reason I can walk today. October 2003 I had experienced a series of injuries to my knees and had been in a wheelchair nine months. I hadn’t jogged for years. During those months Tony Little and two of his associates appeared on cable TV many times. I wasn’t improving with rest, physical therapy including weights and I never did leg extensions whatsoever, whirlpool treatments, lap swimming and back floating; so, I ordered my first Gazelle and since then I moved long distance four times and owned 3 or 4 Gazelles: Elite, Evolution, Power Plus. A couple times the Gazelle rode along in my compact car with me across the country. Six years ago I began gazelling; today my weight is usually about 30 to 35 pounds less than I used to be before I had a Gazelle and I’ve an over-all more pleasant feeling about my health. I can walk and look forward to jogging this year. October, 2003 the Elite arrived and I assembled it with the video 102 and rode. Every day thereafter, I was never able to experience that awful dizziness and shortness of breath I had during my first five minutes on a Gazelle; after five minutes that first day I found myself staggering around my apartment surprised and thrilled that I could walk for the first time that year with a good tightness in my legs that seemed to be holding me up and my knees didn’t hurt for nearly an hour, the first waking non-floating hour without knee pain that year. Every day I rode the Gazelle continuing the other activities also, I could walk more often longer periods of time and I never felt dizzy or as out of breath the way I did that first day. I work out two or three days per week and only wish I’d ride the Gazelle every day. If there’s a slack day, Tony’s videos improve my attitude and I can ride on days when I might not, without the videos. I like everything about the videos; Tony’s associates, his conversation and cheering, his short stories and directions, the choice of music, scenery, and working clothes, his seated dumbbell exercises. I usually read the pamphlets over and over, also. Thank you Tony for inventing the Gazelle
