Tony my son is 13 years old and is a competitive soccer player and martial artist. He fractured his foot back in December and has not been able to play or train. My son has begun to get up every morning at 4:30AM with me to work on his cardio and endurance. He is so focused on getting in shape and being ready for when he gets the ok to return.
