The Gazelle Sprint Master has been there for me every day, every
month for almost a year now. Good weather or bad, before breakfast
or bed, it’s my exercise buddy always there! Every workout regime
I have previously tried required me to work around the weather or
the clock. All my efforts and good intentions ended up with one
excuse after another. The result was an abandoned dream of good
health and a trim body.
The Gazelle is a brand new world! It’s waiting for me 24 hours a day, for a short sprint or an extended workout, no waiting in line, no
charge, no bad weather conditions. I have a treadmill in the house
but extended time on it causes pain in my hips and knees. This is
never a problem with the Gazelle since there is no impact on my
joints. The ride is smooth and the workout effective. I leave it in
my living room all the time. I keep up on the news when working
out, and other times I workout with Tony on his CD. Sometimes
I turn on music and sprint to my favorite tunes! This gives me the
variety I know I need to keep it interesting. The Gazelle keeps me
going. With the smooth, quiet movement of the Gazelle, it has become the one piece of workout equipment that has proven successful for me.
We all know, the more often you do something, it becomes habit.
