Dear Tony:
I want to thank you for your interest and support. Tony has really been an inspiration to so many of us. My goal in sending these pictures is to inspire others. If I can help another person to not feel the way I did for ten years trapped inside a body I did not recognize my job will have been done.
I volunteer for Hospice now because my energy level is much higher and I am just trying to give something back for all the blessings I have received.
I still work full time and have eleven Grandchildren. More than enough energy to go around these days. I finally understand about the runners high. If I could just touch on the fact that depression will hold you back and make you eat. Once you start moving the depression will lift and you will want to move more. I think that’s why we North Americans fall into this eating style to comfort ourselves.
I will get some candid current shots today (hopefully my husband is feeling co-operative and patient) and have them in the mail by Monday with proper release forms.
It’s pretty dark in my exercise room but I will try and get a Pic with my Gazelle. I also use the Ab Lounger for core the last two years.
My current goal is to maintain this weight loss for 1 year and then lose another 10 lbs. I know I can do it. With so many people rooting for me I can not fail.
